Testimonials ⚓

I used to cave every time my family ordered fries—until working with Connie and the STORYhabit turned them into Manipulation Fries. Framing them as tools of injustice from addictive food manufacturers helped me anchor my habit to my value of Equity. Now, every "no" feels like an act of activism, and it's easy to stick to it. My family has gone from ordering large to medium fries. Results exceeds expectations!

Executive presence—that's what I wanted to build, but I hit the inner dialogue of "who am I to tell others what to do" when I step on stage. Yup, Impostor Syndrome. StoryHabits helped me flip the script by anchoring to my value of Service to others. Now I just remember that “all the little girls are watching” when I step on stage. It's a world of difference.

Thank you,

STORYHabits!

FAQ

When is the monthly workshop?

The monthly habit workshops are 30 minutes long, and held at two different times to accommodate different timezones. They alternate month to month:
On "odd" months of Jan, Mar, etc. it's on the second Thurs 5 pm PST (8 pm EST, 2 am CET, 9am HKT).
On "even" months of Feb, Apr etc. it's on the second Fri 7 am PST (10 am EST, 4 pm CET, 11 pm HKT).

All workshops are recorded and you can access them in the Community Forum.

If you can't attend these sessions, you can also use HabitGPT, which is available 24/7.

And you can book discounted private workshops with Connie Kwan at a time convenient for you.

What is Habit GPT?

Habit GPT is an AI designed to support you with the NAP method. It’s like having a personal coach 24/7 who helps you refine and iterate on your habits with ease.

Note that HabitGPT access requires a ChatGPT account. You can use a Free ChatGPT account, but usage may be capped every 4 hours and require a waiting period. A paid ChatGPT account is not necessary but reduces or eliminates waiting time.

What is a private workshop?

A private workshop is a 1:1 session where our workshop leader, Connie Kwan, works directly with you to design your habit using the STORYHabit method. While we offer group sessions during the monthly workshop, a private session gives you the flexibility to choose your timing and provides dedicated attention in a confidential setting.

What's the cancellation policy?

You can cancel anytime and you will continue to have access through the end of your paid period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds.

Who is Connie Kwan, Habit Whisperer?

I’ve spent years exploring what actually makes habits stick. As the former Chief Product Officer for a platform that helped people quit smoking—aka the Olympics of habit change—I’ve seen just how powerful change can be when it’s rooted in identity, not just willpower.

Along the way, I combined tools from cognitive behavioral therapy with six years of teaching storytelling, and out came the STORYHabit Method—a playful, practical system that’s helped hundreds of people shift their habits in ways that actually last.

In my workshops, I bring together science, story, and a good dose of humor (because let’s be honest, habit change can get real serious, real fast). Whether you’re aiming for executive presence or just trying to stop doom-scrolling at midnight, I’m here to help you anchor your habits in something meaningful—and have a little fun while you’re at it.

Because habit change doesn’t have to be hard. It just needs a better story.
